Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Marin Grae pieces, but we understand sometimes something just doesn’t work out.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, stains, or removed tags will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow normal processing time for the refund to appear.

Exchange requests are subject to product and size availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
